Cabbage Carrot Slaw

Carrot is the one of good natural food beside apple. By using carrot in this recipe, nutrition as body necessity will be fulfilled. It's good for diabetic sufferer.

1/2 head cabbage
1 sm. onion
2 celery stalks
2 carrots
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 pkg. Artificial sweetner (such as sweet n low)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Shred cabbage and carrots and finely chop onion and celery. Mix together in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together sweetner, pepper, vinegar, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. Pour over shredded vegetables and refrigerate. Can be makes to 10 servings.
